Dodge Stealth

The Dodge Stealth was a different offering from Dodge, a sport coupe with a twin-turbo V6, all-wheel drive and four-wheel steering that was only available from 1991 to 1996 and initially came in four trim levels: base, ES, R/T and R/T Twin Turbo. Base versions were powered by a 3.0-liter V6 with 164 hp with 185 pound-feet of torque. The ES and R/T had a 24-valve DOHC with 222 hp and 201 lb-ft of torque. The R/T Twin Turbo up to 300 hp and 307 lb-ft with zero to 60 mph at just over 5 seconds to say it was thrilling would be an understatement. The 222-hp Stealths could serve as an alternative to American brand coupes like the Ford Mustang V6 or Chevrolet Camaro V6.

Essentially a restyled variant of the Mitsubishi 3000GT the Stealth was a Mitsubishi car with Dodge styling as at the time Dodge were in partnership with Mitsubishi. The car was a low, wide stanced car with a cool and powerful appearance.

If you can find a second hand turbo car in good condition then maybe the Dodge Stealth would make a very good year-round sports car thanks to its all-wheel-drive traction.
